Doctor Ilboudo Ousmane is Associate professor at University of Ouagadougou. Alongside of this occupation he is the Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Mines and Quarries of Burkina Faso.
Before he led successively the position of technical advisor of the minister of mines and quarries and then the Permanent Secretary of the National Minerals Commission of Burkina Faso.
Dr Ilboudo is also currently the chairman of board the Gold Agency of Burkina Faso
